Christmas is now just over a month away and the weather in Budapest has turned quite cold. No snow yet, but a tasty mulled wine is really great to warm yourself up in the evening. Here is our "secret" recipe:
1 portion merlot (red) wine
0,5 portion white wine (this will give a much smoother and less intensive mulled wine)
Cinemmon stick
Star anise
Cardamom
Cloves
Orange and lime
Ginger
